What we've done
- Carried out strategic performance benchmarking and market comparison for a variety of clients, often involving discrete and behind-the-scenes discussions with market leaders and influencers.
- Developed an end-to-end supply chain strategy for motor accident repairs for a major UK insurer, and subsequently managed the delivery of improvements.
- Established a specialist claims management function, including all aspects of organisational and process design.
- Assessment and audit of a number of highly complex Financial Risk Insurance Programmes in the aviation market.
- Re-engineered a large-scale insurance contract maintenance and claims management operation, including all aspects of organisational and process design.
- Designed and developed an integrated business post-acquisition, including all aspects of organisational development and migration.
- Carried out a cross-service strategic review for a London Borough and established a long-term change programme to deliver significant on-going cost savings and service performance improvements.
- Reengineered all aspects of operational and organisational design in a social services department in a London Borough, resulting in dramatic and sustained improvements in service.
- Led the redesign of processes and organisational structure in the major state-funded private sector provider of adult learning.
